For all products except cell phones and other items that require activation, the return window is 15 days. (In comparison, Amazon's return window is 30 days.) Items that require activation (phones, tablets, hotspots) must be returned within 14 days of receiving the unit. The big exception to this 14-day return window is for Verizon items, which have their own 30-day return window.

• Never pay with Western Union, Moneygram or other anonymous payment services
• Don't buy or sell outside of your country. Don't accept cashier cheques from outside your country
