Major appliances can be returned within the standard 15 days, but because they may need to be picked up, there is a special procedure for returning them. If you discover that something is wrong with your appliance within 15 days of purchase, please call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-795-3460) with your order number and you will receive instructions for returning it.
