This policy allows customers to request a return by mail or in a physical store. When returning an open-box item, you must show proof of purchase. Original receipts, gift receipts, delivery notes, or credit card bills are acceptable.

Comment Customers can return almost any open-box item to Best Buy as long as they do so within the return and exchange window. This also includes refurbished, new, clearance, or discounted items.

• Avoid scams by acting locally or paying with PayPal
• Never pay with Western Union, Moneygram or other anonymous payment services
• Don't buy or sell outside of your country. Don't accept cashier cheques from outside your country
• This site is never involved in any transaction, and does not handle payments, shipping, guarantee transactions, provide escrow services, or offer "buyer protection" or "seller certification"
