If you've forgotten your Citi card PIN, don't worry! There are several ways to retrieve it. First, you can contact Citibank customer service by calling the number on the back of your card. They will guide you through the process of resetting your PIN. Alternatively, you can visit the Citibank website or use the mobile app to request a PIN reset. Log in to your account, navigate to the card services section, and follow the prompts to reset your PIN. If you prefer in-person assistance, visit your nearest Citibank branch with a valid ID, and a representative will help you.
