To change your American Airlines flight, you can visit the American Airlines website or use their mobile app. Log in to your account, go to My Trips, select the flight you want to change, and follow the prompts to select a new flight. Alternatively, you can call  American Airlines customer service or visit an airport ticket counter for assistance.
